How do you ensure trust, safety, and discretion in our home?

Every Lotus & Lyon engagement is grounded in trust. Our team is fully insured, professionally vetted, and trained to operate with discretion inside private residences. We work with a limited number of homeowners to maintain consistent standards, continuity of care, and absolute respect for privacy.

Do you stay overnight or just drop in?

We currently do not offer drop-in visits. We are an overnight, premium, in-home service. This ensures peace of mind, heightened security, and a consistent presence for your pets and property.

How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?

We offer confidentiality agreements to all clients to ensure all details of your home, pets, and travel remain strictly confidential. 

How personalized is the experience?

Every engagement is approached as a private assignment, with dedicated oversight and a service rhythm tailored to the home, pets, and preferences of each client.

How do you keep clients updated while they’re away?

We send daily updates with photos, notes, and any important details about your pets or property. You’ll never feel out of the loop—unless you want to be. We tailor our communication style to your preferences, whether that’s frequent check-ins or a more hands-off approach.

What is your availability? How far in advance should we book?

Our availability is limited to ensure top-tier service. We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for premium stays. However, feel free to inquire—last-minute travel may still be accommodated.

Will you clean the home before we return?

Absolutely. For clients booking our Legacy package, a professional deep clean is included as part of the return-home experience. But no matter which level of service you choose, we leave every home exactly as we found it—or better.

Do you have visitors at the home? 

No. Only authorized individuals are ever present. 

Will you handle airport pickup and drop-off for us?

Yes—executive airport transfers are included with our Concierge and Legacy packages.

Do you care for pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes. In addition to cats and dogs, we currently provide care for farm animals, rodentia, fowl, reptiles, amphibians, and fish. If you have an exotic animal, we’re happy to discuss details during the booking process.

How are your Concierge and Legacy experiences delivered?

Lotus & Lyon delivers its Concierge and Legacy experiences through a discreet, hand-selected network of local specialists. Each partnership is chosen for craftsmanship, professionalism, and alignment with our standards, allowing us to provide highly specialized care while maintaining continuity, discretion, and quality throughout your time away.

Do you service all of Florida?

We currently serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties, with additional Florida markets opening selectively as we expand.
