✦ Estate Care Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✦ We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we value the trust you place in us to care for your home with the utmost discretion and attentiveness. To honor both your time and the exclusivity of our calendar, we maintain the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 14+ Days’ Notice Cancellations made more than 14 days before your reserved dates are eligible for a 75% refund to your original payment method. A 25% concierge reservation fee is retained to honor the time, preparations, and exclusivity held on your behalf. 4–13 Days’ Notice Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation. Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice Due to the bespoke nature of our services, reservations canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, will be charged the full reservation amount. ✦ Rescheduling requests are always considered with priority and subject to calendar availability. We believe this policy strikes a thoughtful balance between offering our clients flexibility and ensuring our estate-level services remain prepared, polished, and exclusively reserved for you.
